We stil need to get her spayed so that we can work on find her a home of her own. I think the ideal home would be where she could be an only dog. She really would like to be the center of attention.
I think it'll be a lot easier to potty train Prim now that she's the only puppy if I can keep Gidget and Brinkley in the house when I take her out. Peeta was actually a lot better than she has been. Hopefully without all the energy being expended playing, she can learn to focus on what we are out there for. We'll see how she does with no other puppies to play with. Her mom had proven to be a rambunctious playmate though.
I have been so impressed at how easily they crate trained. I never had a puppy that was so good.
Just as I was writing this entry, I heard from Gus's (was Haymitch) dad. He says he weighs 3.3# which is about what Peeta (now Paco) weighs. He's catching up.
He also says that he is doing great with his potty training and learning "sit" before getting a treat and "up". He's getting lots of tummy rubs and loving. All the puppies went to such fabulous homes! I am beyond happy.
Here're a few clips of them playing this afternoon
